About

Alex Rozwadowski is the CEO and co-founder of Century 21 Premier Real Estate, one of the top-performing real estate brokerages in Columbus, Georgia, and the surrounding Chattahoochee Valley region. With a career spanning military service, finance, and real estate, Alex brings a strategic and results-driven approach to the industry, helping buyers, sellers, and investors navigate the ever-evolving market.


Born in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, Alex moved to the U.S. at a young age and later served in the 3rd Ranger Battalion of the 75th Ranger Regiment, where he developed the leadership skills and discipline that would define his professional career.


After earning a B.B.A. from Georgia State University on a tennis scholarship, he gained international business experience working at Rothschild Private Bank in Zurich, Switzerland, before turning his focus to real estate.


Since founding Century 21 Premier Real Estate in 2003, Alex has led the company to become one of the most respected brokerages in the region, with over 130 agents and 1,400+ transactions annually. Under his leadership, the firm has expanded its footprint, ranking among the top 100 Century 21 offices worldwide in sales volume.


Beyond real estate, Alex is deeply committed to community development and philanthropy, actively supporting initiatives like the Back the Blue Golf Tournament, youth sports programs, and local business growth efforts. Fluent in English, Portuguese, and Spanish, he is passionate about connecting with a diverse range of clients and making Columbus a better place to live, work, and invest.
